Embedded retirement API for accounting software

Put white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement next to the ledger. Gigaverse is free for the software company, its customers, and users. There is no signup fee.

Gigaverse AI is a white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement platform. It is free for partners, their clients, and users. There is no signup fee. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, and Roth IRA account opening is not open for consumers yet. Those accounts stay on the waitlist.

The problem

Accounting products already hold the books. Retirement and quarterly taxes still send the customer somewhere else. An embedded API keeps that inside the product they already pay you for, without a second signup fee.

API, not a redirect

REST and the public read-only MCP server describe the programs, tax estimates, and state retirement guides. Account opening for Solo 401(k), SEP, and Roth IRA is not a silent API call. Consumers join the waitlist.

White-label

Your name on the experience. Gigaverse runs the tax and retirement plumbing behind it.

Free

No signup fee for the software company, the customer firm, or the end user.

How it works

Pick the depth that fits your team. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three; only the surface changes.

How partners are paid

Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.

Revenue share on paid subscriptions

A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.

Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee

You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.

We never pay

  • Per deposit or per dollar contributed
  • Per account opened or funded
  • Per enrollee or per rollover
  • Basis points or any percentage of assets
  • Any share of advisory fees

Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

Software, not a securities referral

We do not pay per account opened, per deposit, or on assets. The platform is free and there is no signup fee. Gigaverse Ai, Inc. is not currently a registered investment adviser.

Common questions

Is the embedded retirement API free?

Yes. Gigaverse is free for accounting software companies, their customers, and users. There is no signup fee.

Can the API open a 401(k) or Roth IRA?

No. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, and Roth IRA account opening is not open for consumers. The API can describe the programs and point people to the waitlist. It does not open an account.

Do tax estimates match the website calculator?

The quarterly 1099 estimate uses the same federal math as the public 1099 quarterly tax calculator: self-employment tax plus income tax after the standard deduction, split into four payments. It is an estimate, not a return.

Are you a registered investment adviser?

Not yet. Gigaverse Ai, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration. Until that is effective, the product is educational tools and a waitlist, not personalized investment advice.
