You earn $100k+ on 1099, Schedule C or S-corp income. Nobody withholds for you, nobody matches, and nobody has shown you that your contribution ceiling is $72,000, not $7,500. Gigaverse does the math, gives you a Roth IRA, tracks the taxes, and hands your CPA a clean file.

Reserve a portable Roth IRA with custody through a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer; account opening is rolling out. Note the 2026 Roth income phase-out: $153,000 to $168,000 single, $242,000 to $252,000 married filing jointly. Above that, a Solo 401(k) or SEP is the room that is left.

Advisory, upon registration
Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser. Until registration is effective, everything here is education, not personalized advice, and we do not manage assets.
How we make money: subscriptions. That's the list.
Free to start. Pro is $4.99/mo, Wealth Builder $9.99/mo, and the price never moves with your balance. No commissions on the accounts we explain, no payment for order flow, no sale of your data. Once our SEC registration is effective we plan to add an optional managed portfolio with an advisory fee on the assets we manage, disclosed in our Form ADV first. The tools, the math and the hand-off stay available without it.

Does Gigaverse offer a Solo 401(k) or SEP IRA today?+
Yes — applications for both are open. You apply at gigaverse.ai/solo-401k or gigaverse.ai/sep-ira, we confirm your eligibility and issue your plan documents with our custodian partner, and you fund before the deadline. A person reviews every application, usually within 2 business days; it is not instant self-serve account opening inside the app, and nothing is opened until you review and sign. The contribution math, a Roth IRA (the PRActicle™, with account opening rolling out), quarterly-tax and expense tracking and a CPA hand-off all come with it.
Why does an independent professional need something beyond a Roth IRA?+
The Roth IRA limit is $7,500 in 2026 ($8,600 at 50+), and eligibility phases out between $153,000 and $168,000 of modified AGI for single filers and $242,000 to $252,000 married filing jointly (IRS Notice 2025-67). A Solo 401(k) or SEP-IRA has no income phase-out and allows up to $72,000 in 2026 ($80,000 at 50+), so for most $100k+ independents it is where the meaningful room is.
Is Gigaverse a registered investment adviser?+
No. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser. Until that is effective, the app and this site provide general education and calculators, not individualized investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not manage assets. Brokerage services for the Roth IRA are provided through a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer.
How does Gigaverse make money?+
Subscriptions, today. The Free tier is free; Pro is $4.99/mo and Wealth Builder $9.99/mo. We do not sell your data, take payment for order flow, or earn commissions on the products we explain. Once our SEC registration is effective we plan to add one optional managed portfolio with an advisory fee on the assets we manage, disclosed in our Form ADV before anyone is charged; the subscription tiers stay flat and usable without it. The full breakdown is at gigaverse.ai/how-we-make-money.
I have an S-corp. Do the same numbers apply?+
The limits do; the base does not. For an S-corp owner the employee deferral ($24,500) comes out of W-2 salary and the employer contribution is up to 25% of that salary, not 20% of Schedule C profit. Distributions do not count. The app's calculators let you switch between sole-proprietor and S-corp bases; confirm the result with your CPA.
Your income already qualifies. Your plan should catch up.
Solo 401(k) and SEP IRA applications are open: apply, we confirm your eligibility and send your plan documents, then you fund before the deadline. The calculators stay free, no account needed.
