Questions owners ask
Can one program cover every portfolio company?+
Yes. One agreement, with a co-branded onboarding link per company so each workforce sees its own employer's name.
Which portfolios fit best?+
Platforms with large 1099 or hourly workforces: HVAC, plumbing and other home services and trades, real estate brokerages, insurance agencies and IMOs, independent broker-dealers, senior care and home health, hospitality, delivery and staffing.
Can portfolio companies offer a 401(k) or SEP IRA?+
Gigaverse does not offer a 401(k) or SEP IRA plan today. We are exploring plan options with partners; tell us what your workforce needs and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when.
What does it cost the portfolio companies?+
Worker accounts on the Free plan cost the employer nothing. Program pricing for co-branded onboarding, roster sync and reporting is set per program on a short call. Our aim is low or no cost to the business owner.
