Your Privacy Matters. Gigaverse's number one priority is your trust. Your privacy is essential to earning and keeping that trust. This tenet drives all of the decisions we make, as well as how we gather, use, and store any information we acquire from you.
Gigaverse AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its affiliates (collectively, "Gigaverse," "we," "us," or "our") created this Privacy Policy to be as clear and direct as possible about how we gather and use your non-public personal information and other types of personal information ("Personal Information") and to assist you in exercising your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy describes how Gigaverse treats your Personal Information when you use our website at gigaverse.ai ("Site"), our mobile applications ("App"), our developer APIs, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, a "User" is a party who creates an account on our Site or App to use our free tools or evaluate our Services; and a "Client" is a party who signs a service agreement or subscribes to a paid plan for any reason, including to access payment processing, earnings tracking, or financial management services.

FACTS: WHAT DOES GIGAVERSE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Why? Financial technology companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include Social Security number, income, account balances, transaction history, payment information, and employment information.
How? All financial technology companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons we can share your personal information; whether we choose to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

1. Personal Information We Collect
Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:
Information You Provide
- Contact data: First and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Government identifiers: Social Security number, tax identification number, passport number, state or local identification number (e.g., driver's license), and images of relevant identification documents
- Profile data: Username, password, date of birth, employment details, income, net worth, financial experience, investment objectives, gig platform preferences, and any other information you add to your account profile
- Financial data: Bank account numbers, routing numbers, payment card information, investment and financial history, information from financial accounts you connect to the Service, and transaction history
- Gig platform data: Account connections, earnings history, trip/delivery data, ratings, and other information from connected gig economy platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Instacart, Grubhub, Dragonfly, and others)
- Tax information: Tax filing status, deduction records, mileage logs, expense receipts, 1099 data, and estimated tax payment information
- Communications: Messages you send us through the Service (including our AI chatbot and other interactive features), email, social media, surveys, or otherwise
- Marketing data: Information you provide when participating in promotions, referral programs, or in response to our marketing
Sensitive Personal Information
Some of the personal information described above may be considered sensitive under applicable laws (e.g., Social Security number, government ID, financial account credentials). We do not use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We will process sensitive personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy and will request your consent when legally required.
Information from Third-Party Sources
We may combine personal information we receive from you with information from other sources, such as:
- Financial institutions at which you have an account (banks, credit card issuers, brokerage accounts), when you consent
- Gig platforms you connect to the Service (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Instacart, Grubhub, Dragonfly, etc.)
- Public sources such as government agencies, public records, and social media platforms
- Data providers such as information services and data licensors that provide demographic and other information
- Identity verification providers who assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) and fraud prevention
- Marketing partners such as joint marketing partners and event co-sponsors
Automatic Data Collection
We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, our communications, and other online services, such as:
- Device data: Operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type (phone, tablet, computer), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE), and general location inferred from the foregoing
- Online activity data: Pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, duration of access, and whether you opened our emails or clicked links within them
- Precise location data: When you authorize the Service to access your device's location (e.g., for mileage tracking features)
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following technologies to facilitate automatic collection:
- Cookies: Files stored on your device to uniquely identify your browser or store information/settings. We use both session cookies (expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (remain on your device). Cookies serve the following purposes:
- Technical operation: Remembering your selections and preferences, maintaining login sessions
- Functionality: Enhancing performance and functionality of our services
- Analytics: Understanding user activity, which pages are most and least visited, and how visitors move around the Service
- Advertising: Helping our advertising partners collect information about how you use the Service for targeted advertising purposes
- Pixels/Web beacons: Small transparent images embedded in web pages and emails to track engagement, measure campaign effectiveness, and record user interactions
- Local storage: Technologies similar to cookies (e.g., localStorage, sessionStorage) used to store information on your device
- SDKs: Third-party software development kits embedded in our mobile App for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, sell, or trade your Personal Information to anyone for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Financial partners: Banks, payment processors, and financial institutions to provide payment, payout, and financial services
- Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication tools that assist us in operating the Service
- Gig platform integrations: When you connect third-party gig platforms, we exchange necessary data to provide earnings tracking and financial management features
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets

- Aggregated/anonymized data: We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with applicable laws and industry best practices. These measures include:

- Multi-factor authentication for account access

- Role-based access controls with principle of least privilege
- SOC 2-aligned security policies and procedures
- Secured physical facilities and infrastructure

While we strive to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
- Opt out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails
- Opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.

- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collecting, and the categories of third parties with whom we share
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Service
- No Retaliation: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights

8. Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A permits you to opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" (as defined by Nevada law) that we may collect. We do not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law, but you may submit an opt-out request to [email protected], which we will honor if our practices change in the future.
9. Other State Privacy Rights
If your Gigaverse account has a Vermont mailing address, we will not share personal information we collect about you with non-affiliates unless the law allows or you provide authorization. Residents of other states with applicable privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, etc.) may exercise rights similar to those described in Section 6 by contacting us at [email protected].
10. International Data Transfer
Gigaverse is based in the United States and the Service is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
11. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you Services, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Specific retention periods include:
- Account data: Duration of your account plus 7 years after closure (regulatory requirements)
- Financial/tax records: Minimum 7 years as required by IRS and financial regulations
- Transaction records: Minimum 5 years per BSA/AML requirements
- Communications: Duration of account plus 3 years
- Marketing preferences: Until you opt out or delete your account
When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
12. Other Sites and Services
The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every service you visit. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian who becomes aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will delete such information from our files.
14. Artificial Intelligence
Gigaverse uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in certain features, including the AI Money Coach, tax optimization tools, and earnings analytics. When you interact with our AI-powered features:
- Your inputs and interactions may be used to improve our AI models (in aggregated/anonymized form)
- AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate or incomplete
- We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight
- You may opt out of having your data used for AI model improvement by contacting [email protected]
15. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will continue to monitor developments and may adopt a standard once established.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page, updating the "Effective Date" above, and, where required by law, sending you an email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
