Pricing FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. Sandbox is free forever. Starter has zero monthly fees — you only pay per transaction. Cancel anytime.
How does the $5 cap on instant payouts work?+
For any single instant payout, the maximum fee is $5 regardless of amount. A $1,000 payout at 0.75% would normally be $7.50 + 25¢, but it's capped at $5.00. This makes Gigaverse significantly cheaper for high-value payouts.
What does 'per connected driver' mean for earnings sync?+
You're charged monthly for each driver who has at least one platform (Uber, DoorDash, etc.) connected and actively syncing. Inactive or disconnected drivers are not charged.
Can I pass fees to drivers?+
Yes. You can pass instant payout fees through to drivers as a line item. Many platforms offer free standard payouts and charge drivers for instant access. Our API supports both models.
What payment methods do you support for payouts?+
Bank accounts (ACH), debit cards (push-to-card via Visa Direct / Mastercard Send), and Gigaverse wallets. We're adding RTP (Real-Time Payments) in Q3 2026.
Do you offer volume discounts beyond Growth tier?+
Yes. Enterprise pricing is fully custom. If you're processing 10,000+ drivers or $1M+/month in payouts, contact sales for volume rates.
