Your Money and Data, Protected
Gigaverse is built with security-first architecture. We handle your financial data with the same rigor as a bank — because that's what your money deserves.
Bank-Level Encryption
All data in transit uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is protected with 256-bit AES encryption — the same standard used by major banks and financial institutions. Your credentials, financial data, and personal information are never stored in plaintext.
Blockchain-Secured Payments
Instant payments are processed on the Solana blockchain using USDC stablecoins. Every transaction is recorded on an immutable public ledger, providing full transparency and auditability. No intermediary can alter or reverse your payments without your authorization.
We Never Sell Your Data
Your personal and financial data is yours. Period. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers who are contractually bound to protect it (e.g., our banking partner, tax filing service).
SOC 2 Type II Compliance
Gigaverse is building toward SOC 2 Type II certification, the gold standard for SaaS security. Our security controls cover data access, encryption, monitoring, incident response, and employee background checks. We engage independent auditors to verify our practices annually.
Regulatory Compliance
Gigaverse operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations including FinCEN requirements for money transmission, IRS guidelines for tax reporting, and SEC regulations for retirement accounts. Our PRActicle™ Roth IRA is administered through a registered custodian with SIPC insurance protection.
Access Controls & Monitoring
We implement role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication for all internal systems. Automated monitoring detects and alerts on suspicious activity 24/7. All access to production systems is logged and audited. Employee access is reviewed quarterly and revoked immediately upon role changes.
