Free retirement plans for small business

Gigaverse is a white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement platform for small businesses. It is free for the business, employees, and contractors. There is no signup fee.

Gigaverse AI is a white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement platform. It is free for partners, their clients, and users. There is no signup fee. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, and Roth IRA account opening is not open for consumers yet. Those accounts stay on the waitlist.

The problem

A small business is often told a retirement plan is a project: a provider, a fee schedule, and a year of setup. Contractors on the same roster are left out of most employer plans and of state auto-IRA payroll programs.

One place for the roster

W-2 employees and 1099 contractors can use the same white-label app for tax estimates. Retirement account opening for Solo 401(k), SEP, and Roth IRA is not open yet.

Next to a state auto-IRA, not against it

Where a state auto-IRA covers W-2 employees, that program still stands. Gigaverse is the additional path for 1099 work and for education while account opening is on the waitlist.

Free

No signup fee for the business, the employee, or the contractor.

How it works

Pick the depth that fits your team. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three; only the surface changes.

How partners are paid

Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.

Revenue share on paid subscriptions

A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.

Default for this program

Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee

You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.

We never pay

  • Per deposit or per dollar contributed
  • Per account opened or funded
  • Per enrollee or per rollover
  • Basis points or any percentage of assets
  • Any share of advisory fees

Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

Not an open 401(k) application

Saying the platform is free is not the same as saying a Solo 401(k), SEP, or Roth IRA can be opened today. Those stay on the waitlist. We do not charge a signup fee, and we are not paid per account or per deposit. Gigaverse Ai, Inc. is not currently a registered investment adviser.

Common questions

Is a small-business retirement plan on Gigaverse free?

Yes. Gigaverse is free for the business, its people, and other users. There is no signup fee.

Can I open a free 401(k) today?

No. Solo 401(k) and SEP IRA account opening is not open yet. Use the waitlist. Do not use the app download as if an account can be opened today.

Does this replace my state's auto-IRA?

No. State auto-IRA programs that cover W-2 employees still apply. Gigaverse is complementary. It does not tell an employer to skip a mandate.

Who do I contact?

Use the partner form on this page. It emails the address already on the site, [email protected].
