For Bookkeepers

Retirement plans for bookkeeping clients

Gigaverse is a white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement platform for bookkeepers. It is free. There is no signup fee. Consumer Solo 401(k), SEP, and Roth IRA opening stays on the waitlist.

Gigaverse AI is a white-label tax prep, tax filing, and retirement platform. It is free for partners, their clients, and users. There is no signup fee. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, and Roth IRA account opening is not open for consumers yet. Those accounts stay on the waitlist.

The problem

Bookkeeping clients ask what to do with profit after the books close. Most have no retirement account, and the books do not show a plan. A white-label app lets the client track taxes and see retirement options under the firm's name.

Sits next to the books

Clients already send you the numbers. The app estimates quarterly taxes and shows retirement contribution room from the same kind of profit figure, so April is not the first time anyone looks.

Your brand

Co-brand or white-label. Clients see the bookkeeping firm, not a random app.

Free

Gigaverse is free for the bookkeeper, the client, and the user. There is no signup fee.

How it works

Pick the depth that fits your team. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three; only the surface changes.

How partners are paid

Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.

Revenue share on paid subscriptions

A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.

Default for this program

Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee

You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.

We never pay

  • Per deposit or per dollar contributed
  • Per account opened or funded
  • Per enrollee or per rollover
  • Basis points or any percentage of assets
  • Any share of advisory fees

Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

Common questions

Is there a signup fee for bookkeepers or their clients?

No. Gigaverse is free for partners, their clients, and users. There is no signup fee.

Can my client open a Solo 401(k) or SEP today?

No. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA, and Roth IRA account opening is not open yet. Those products stay on the waitlist. The app's tax tools are what is live.

Does this replace the client's CPA?

No. Tax figures in the app are estimates for planning. Filing support is the white-label platform. It is not a substitute for the client's own tax professional when the return needs one.

Who holds retirement money?

When an account exists, a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer is the custodian. Gigaverse does not hold client funds, and neither does the bookkeeping firm.

Partner compensation, where any is paid, is a revenue share on paid subscriptions to the Gigaverse app or a flat per-seat software licence fee.
