Got questions about auto-save, retirement savings, or tax optimization? We've got answers.
What is Gigaverse?
Gigaverse is the all-in-one financial app built for gig workers. We combine auto-save, retirement savings (the PRActicle™ account), AI-powered tax optimization, and multi-platform earnings tracking in a single app, designed for Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Instacart, Grubhub, and other gig platform drivers.
How does auto-save work?
You choose a percentage, and Gigaverse automatically sets it aside from every payout you receive from supported gig platforms or clients. Auto-save can make automatic contributions to your PRActicle™ portable Roth IRA (via a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer), and cash waiting to be invested earns a higher yield.
What is the PRActicle™ retirement account?
The PRActicle™ (Portable Retirement Account) is a Roth IRA built specifically for gig workers. Sign up free to reserve yours, account opening isn't live yet; when it opens it will include an identity check (SSN, DOB, address) and suitability questions, with no employer sponsor required. It's designed to auto-save any percentage (1–15%) of every gig payout into diversified low-cost index funds (market returns, not guaranteed). One thing to know about the federal Saver's Match starting in 2027: contributing to a Roth PRActicle™ still counts toward earning it, but the match payment itself cannot land in a Roth, 26 U.S.C. §6433(e)(2) requires it go to a retirement account that is not a Roth IRA, such as a traditional IRA. You'd need a destination account for the match money.
Which gig platforms does Gigaverse support?
Gigaverse works with all major gig platforms including Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Lyft, Instacart, Grubhub, Amazon Flex, Spark (Walmart), Shipt, TaskRabbit, and more. Our multi-platform dashboard aggregates your earnings across all apps so you can see your total income in one place.
How much does Gigaverse cost?
Gigaverse offers three tiers: Free ($0, earnings tracking, tax estimates, the PRActicle™ Roth IRA, and automatic mileage tracking), Pro at $4.99/month (unlimited platform connections, full AI tax help, and auto-contributions), and Wealth Builder at $9.99/month (everything in Pro plus PRActicle™ auto-invest, advanced portfolio tools, tax-loss harvesting, and priority support). No hidden fees.
How does the tax optimization work?
Our AI tax engine automatically tracks deductible expenses, mileage, phone bills, vehicle maintenance, health insurance premiums, and more. It calculates your estimated quarterly taxes in real-time and can even auto-set aside the right amount from each payout. Many gig workers miss thousands in deductions each year (industry estimates commonly cite $2,000–$5,000), but your actual savings depend on your miles, income, and expenses, we don't guarantee a specific amount.
Is my money safe with Gigaverse?
Yes. Funds held in your Gigaverse wallet are secured with bank-level 256-bit AES encryption. PRActicle™ retirement accounts are held with a registered custodian that is a member of FINRA and SIPC, with SIPC protection up to $500,000, which covers custodial failure of the broker-dealer, not investment losses (SIPC is not insurance, and Gigaverse is a financial technology company, not a bank). We never sell your personal data. See our Security page for full details.
What is the 'No Tax on Tips' policy?
The federal No Tax on Tips deduction, enacted under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, lets eligible workers deduct up to $25,000 of reported tip income per year on federal returns for tax years 2025 through 2028. Gigaverse automatically identifies and separates your tip income from base pay so you're ready to claim it. Eligibility and actual savings depend on your tips, occupation, and tax bracket, and our tax engine stays updated as IRS guidance evolves.
Can I use Gigaverse if I only drive for one platform?
Absolutely. While Gigaverse shines for multi-platform workers, single-platform drivers benefit equally from auto-save, tax optimization, mileage tracking, and retirement savings. Many drivers start with one platform and add more over time, Gigaverse grows with you.
Does Gigaverse earn interest on my cash?
Yes. Cash you hold in Gigaverse for investing earns a higher yield, so money waiting to be contributed keeps working for you. Rates can change, and investing involves risk, including loss of principal.
What about mileage tracking?
Gigaverse includes automatic GPS-based mileage tracking on every plan, including Free. It runs in the background while you drive, classifies business vs. personal miles, and calculates your IRS standard mileage deduction ($0.70/mile (2025 IRS rate); $0.76/mile (Jul–Dec 2026 IRS rate; $0.725 Jan–Jun)) in real-time. No manual logging required.
How is Gigaverse different from other gig worker apps?
Most apps solve one problem, payments OR taxes OR savings. Gigaverse is the only platform that combines auto-save, retirement savings, tax optimization, mileage tracking, and multi-platform earnings in one app. We're built by gig workers, for gig workers, with a mission to help the 70M+ Americans in the gig economy build real wealth.
Do I need a minimum balance?
No. There's no minimum balance for your Gigaverse wallet or PRActicle™ retirement account. You can start saving with as little as $1 per gig. We believe financial tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income level.
How do I sign up?
Download the Android app from Google Play (the iPhone app is in App Store review), use it on the web, or join our waitlist at gigaverse.ai/waitlist. Sign up takes about two minutes, connect your gig platform accounts and you're ready to start earning, saving, and optimizing.
Is Gigaverse available in my area?
Gigaverse is available nationwide across all 50 US states. Auto-save works wherever your gig platform operates. The PRActicle™ retirement account is available to all US residents with a valid SSN or ITIN.
Can I refer friends and earn rewards?
Yes! Our referral program rewards you for every friend who signs up and becomes an active Gigaverse user. You earn cash bonuses deposited directly to your wallet. Visit gigaverse.ai/referral for current referral bonus amounts and terms.
Trump Accounts: What is a Trump Account?
A tax-advantaged investment account for a child under 18, created by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Internal Revenue Code section 530A). It works like a traditional IRA set up for the child.
Trump Accounts: Who qualifies for the $1,000 from the government?
U.S.-citizen children with a valid Social Security number born January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2028. Treasury deposits a one-time $1,000 pilot contribution, but only after a parent makes the election and the account is active.
Trump Accounts: Does my child qualify if I'm a gig worker or self-employed?
Yes. Eligibility depends only on the child, not on how the parents work. There is no income limit and no W-2 requirement.
Trump Accounts: How do I sign up and claim the $1,000?
Make the election on IRS Form 4547, online at form.trumpaccounts.gov (sign in with ID.me) or with your tax return. Signing up is not the same as claiming: the $1,000 is deposited after the election is made and the account is activated.
Trump Accounts: How much can be contributed each year?
Up to $5,000 per child per year from parents, relatives, friends and employers combined (indexed for inflation after 2027). The $1,000 pilot contribution does not count toward that limit.
Trump Accounts: Can an employer contribute?
Yes, up to $2,500 a year per employee, for the employee's or a dependent's account, within the $5,000 limit. Self-employed parents can contribute directly; no employer is needed.
Trump Accounts: When could contributions start?
Contributions to Trump Accounts could begin July 4, 2026.
Trump Accounts: How is the money invested?
In low-cost funds that track the S&P 500 or a broad U.S. stock index, with total fees capped at 0.10%.
Trump Accounts: Is a Trump Account tax-free?
No. Growth is tax-deferred; withdrawals of earnings and the government contribution are taxed as ordinary income, like a traditional IRA.
Trump Accounts: When can the money be withdrawn?
Not until the year the child turns 18. After that it follows traditional IRA rules, including a 10% penalty on early taxable withdrawals unless an exception applies.
Trump Accounts: Does Gigaverse open the account?
No. Gigaverse explains the program, helps you through the steps and can email you the official sign-up link; accounts are opened through the government at trumpaccounts.gov.
