For Gig platforms

Embed retirement in your driver app

Your drivers and couriers are independent contractors with no retirement default. Gigaverse gives you an SDK, API and MCP server to put a portable Roth IRA and tax tooling inside the app they already open every shift.

The problem

Platform workers are excluded from every state auto-IRA mandate and from any employer plan. Retention and public policy both push platforms to offer something, but building retirement in-house means custody, KYC and securities compliance far outside a marketplace's core. Most platforms end up linking out to a generic brokerage and hoping.

Embedded, not linked out

Mobile SDK and REST API let you surface Roth eligibility, contribution nudges and account status inside your driver app. Our MCP server lets your AI assistants do the same.

Earnings-aware

Sync earnings so contributions, estimated-tax set-asides and Saver's Match eligibility reflect what drivers actually made this week, not a guess.

Portable by design

The account belongs to the driver and follows them across platforms. That portability is the point: no plan, no vesting, no lock-in to your platform or ours.

Three ways to embed

Pick the depth that fits your team. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three; only the surface changes.

How partners are paid

Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.

Default for this program

Revenue share on paid subscriptions

A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.

Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee

You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.

We never pay

  • Per deposit or per dollar contributed
  • Per account opened or funded
  • Per enrollee or per rollover
  • Basis points or any percentage of assets
  • Any share of advisory fees

Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

See exactly how Gigaverse makes money

Paid on subscriptions, never on driver deposits

Gig platforms sit closest to workers' money, so our economics stay furthest from it. Partners earn a revenue share on paid app subscriptions from drivers who arrive through the integration, or license seats at a flat price. We never pay per enrollee, per funded account or in basis points on assets: that is transaction-based compensation to an unregistered party, the fact pattern under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Keeping it to software also keeps your platform clear of any suggestion that it is advising drivers on investments.

Common questions

Can we pay for the app on behalf of drivers?

Yes, via a seat licence. Many platforms treat it as a retention benefit. Drivers still own and fund their own accounts.

Does embedding this make our platform an adviser or broker?

The platform surfaces software and education; account opening, brokerage agreements and any future advice happen in Gigaverse-hosted flows with the driver personally. We do not pay transaction-based compensation, which is what typically triggers broker questions. Confirm with your own counsel.

Who holds the money?

A FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer as custodian. Neither your platform nor Gigaverse holds driver funds.

Is Gigaverse a registered investment adviser?

Not yet. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration. Until then the embedded experience is educational tools and account access, not personalised investment advice.

What about the MCP server?

Our remote MCP server exposes tools such as check_roth_eligibility and start_signup so your in-app AI assistant can help a driver begin. The driver always confirms and completes onboarding personally; no agent opens an account on anyone's behalf.

How would you like to embed Gigaverse? *

No sales sequence. A person reads every request. Partners are paid on subscriptions or seats only, never on deposits or assets.

Partner compensation, where any is paid, is a revenue share on paid subscriptions to the Gigaverse app or a flat per-seat software licence fee. It is not compensation for referrals to, or investment in, any securities product, and nothing is paid on deposits, accounts opened, enrollees, account balances or assets. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser and is not yet a registered investment adviser; until registration is effective the app provides educational tools and account access only. Retirement accounts are held with a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer acting as custodian; Gigaverse does not take custody of customer funds.
