Referral Program Terms

Members of the Gigaverse waitlist get a personal invite link. When someone joins the waitlist through that link, the referring member moves up 10 positions in the queue and progresses toward the perks below. That's the whole program — there is no cash, no gift cards, and nothing tied to deposits, account balances or investments.

Anyone 18 or older who joins the Gigaverse waitlist with a valid email address. Employees and contractors of Gigaverse AI, Inc. and their immediate families may share links but are not eligible for launch perks.

A real person, who is not you, joining the waitlist for the first time through your link with a working email address. One referral credit per referred person, ever — a person who joins twice counts once.

Queue positions, badges and Pro-subscription perks have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable, and apply only to the Gigaverse launch subscription. Perks are fulfilled at launch. Nothing in this program is compensation for opening, funding, or investing in any financial account, and no reward is based on deposits, balances or investment activity — yours or anyone else's.

You benefit when someone joins through your link, and the person you're inviting deserves to know that. Our pre-written share messages disclose it (“I move up the waitlist when you join”) — if you write your own message, keep a line like that in. It's an FTC expectation for incentivized referrals, and it's also just the right way to treat a friend.

We may modify, pause or end the program at any time, and may withhold or reverse credits and perks where these terms are violated — including retroactively where fraud is found. Decisions on validity are ours and final. Waitlist position determines invitation order at launch; it is not a promise of a launch date or of account availability.
