For Benefits platforms

Add a retirement tile to your benefits marketplace

Your marketplace serves contractors, freelancers and small businesses who have every benefit except a retirement account. Gigaverse ships as a white-label tile with API, SSO and a custodian relationship already in place.

The problem

Benefits marketplaces for the self-employed cover health, dental, disability and liability, then stop at retirement because the account plumbing, custody and compliance are hard. Members notice the gap. Building it yourself means a broker-dealer relationship, KYC and account operations you do not want to run.

A tile, not a project

White-label web and mobile flows, SSO and an eligibility API let you list retirement alongside health and dental without building account operations.

Custody already solved

Accounts are held with a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer. Gigaverse runs onboarding, KYC and account servicing; your platform never touches funds.

Economics that fit a marketplace

Flat seat licence or subscription revenue share. Neither depends on whether a member funds an account, which keeps your marketplace out of securities-compensation questions.

Three ways to embed

Pick the depth that fits your team. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three; only the surface changes.

How partners are paid

Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.

Revenue share on paid subscriptions

A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.

Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee

You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.

We never pay

  • Per deposit or per dollar contributed
  • Per account opened or funded
  • Per enrollee or per rollover
  • Basis points or any percentage of assets
  • Any share of advisory fees

Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

Marketplace economics without securities-compensation risk

Gigaverse pays platform partners a revenue share on paid app subscriptions, or charges a flat seat licence. We never pay per account opened, per funded account or in basis points on assets, because compensation tied to securities transactions to an unregistered party is the broker-registration fact pattern under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA 2040. If your platform prefers to be paid nothing and simply license seats, that keeps you outside SEC Marketing Rule promoter provisions entirely.

Common questions

How is this different from listing a brokerage in our marketplace?

A brokerage listing usually pays per funded account, which is transaction-based compensation. Gigaverse pays on software subscriptions or charges seat fees, so the tile is a SaaS listing with a retirement account behind it, not a securities referral.

Who is the custodian?

A FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer. Gigaverse does not hold funds and neither does your platform.

Is Gigaverse a registered investment adviser?

Not yet. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration. Until effective, the tile provides educational tools and account access, not personalised advice, and your member copy must say so.

Can we integrate via API only, with our own UI?

Yes. The API and SDK cover eligibility checks, attributed signup and status. Account opening, KYC and brokerage agreements are always completed by the member personally in a Gigaverse-hosted flow.

Do you publish our platform as a partner?

Never without written permission, and never in a way that implies an endorsement.

How would you like to embed Gigaverse? *

No sales sequence. A person reads every request. Partners are paid on subscriptions or seats only, never on deposits or assets.

Partner compensation, where any is paid, is a revenue share on paid subscriptions to the Gigaverse app or a flat per-seat software licence fee. It is not compensation for referrals to, or investment in, any securities product, and nothing is paid on deposits, accounts opened, enrollees, account balances or assets. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser and is not yet a registered investment adviser; until registration is effective the app provides educational tools and account access only. Retirement accounts are held with a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer acting as custodian; Gigaverse does not take custody of customer funds. Educational information only, not tax, legal or investment advice. Program terms may change and participation is at our discretion. All partner programs.

Important Disclosures: Gigaverse AI, Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank. USDC stablecoin balances held in Gigaverse wallets are not bank deposits and are not FDIC-insured; they are subject to the risks of the underlying issuer (Circle) and the underlying blockchain (Solana).
