Bring retirement to your workers, under your brand.
A portable Roth IRA plus self-employed tax tooling, delivered co-branded, white-labelled or through our API. Built for the 1099 workers, contractors and independent professionals that every other retirement product leaves out.
Three ways to embed
Same custody, same disclosures, same account opening. Only the surface changes.
Co-brand
Your logo alongside ours, a dedicated signup link, and a partner landing page. The app stays Gigaverse.
Best for: Firms that want to offer something today with near-zero engineering.
Start with Co-brandWhite-label
Your name, colours and domain on the web and mobile experience. Gigaverse runs the product and the account plumbing behind it.
Best for: Platforms whose users should never leave your brand.
Start with White-labelAPI / SDK / MCP
Embed retirement flows, earnings sync and Roth-eligibility checks directly in your own app via REST, SDK or our MCP server.
Best for: Product teams building the experience themselves.
Start with API / SDK / MCPPrograms by who you serve
Each program has its own page with the fit, the compliance posture and the default commercial model.
CPAs & tax pros
Give every Schedule C client a retirement account you can see at tax time
Clients who connect their account can share a year-end contribution and estimated-tax summary with your firm, so you are not chasing 5498s and screenshots in March.
Financial advisors
Serve the self-employed client below your minimum
You license seats. We do not pay you for referrals and you do not pay us for clients. There is no fee sharing, so there is nothing to fit under the solicitor or cash-solicitation provisions of the Marketing Rule.
Payroll platforms
Retirement for the 1099 side of your roster
Push contractor earnings to Gigaverse via API or file and the app handles contribution tracking, Roth room and estimated-tax set-asides. Contributions fund from the contractor's own bank account, so you are never the payer of record.
Business owners
Offer a retirement benefit without a plan document or a match
Each worker opens their own Roth IRA. There is no employer plan, no plan document and no employer contribution, so no plan-sponsor role attaches to your business. (Educational information, not legal advice.)
Benefits platforms
Add a retirement tile to your benefits marketplace
White-label web and mobile flows, SSO and an eligibility API let you list retirement alongside health and dental without building account operations.
Gig platforms
Embed retirement in your driver app
Mobile SDK and REST API let you surface Roth eligibility, contribution nudges and account status inside your driver app. Our MCP server lets your AI assistants do the same.

How partners are paid
Two models, and only two. Both are tied to the software, never to money moving into an account.
Revenue share on paid subscriptions
A percentage of subscription revenue from users who arrive through your integration and pay for the Gigaverse app. It is the same whether or not they ever open or fund a retirement account.
Flat per-seat / SaaS licence fee
You license the platform for your workers or clients at a fixed price per seat (or a flat annual fee) and can offer it to them free or bundled. No money changes hands based on what anyone saves.
We never pay
- Per deposit or per dollar contributed
- Per account opened or funded
- Per enrollee or per rollover
- Basis points or any percentage of assets
- Any share of advisory fees
Why: Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. Once Gigaverse is a registered investment adviser it also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 (written agreement and disclosure above $1,000 in any 12 months) plus state solicitor rules. Tying partner pay to software subscriptions and seats keeps every partner on the right side of those lines without needing a securities licence.

Educational and pre-launch: no API secrets are issued and no accounts are opened by agents, the human account owner completes identity, suitability, and brokerage agreements personally. Advisory services and partner revenue share launch upon RIA registration approval.
Common Questions
Who handles custody?
Retirement accounts are held with a FINRA/SIPC-member broker-dealer acting as custodian. Gigaverse never takes custody of customer funds, and neither does any partner. Contributions move from the account owner's own bank account to their account at the custodian.
Is Gigaverse an RIA?
Not yet. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser. Until registration is effective, the app provides educational tools and retirement-account access only, not personalised investment advice, and partner materials must say so.
Why not a share of deposits or assets?
Compensation that scales with money moving into a securities product, paid to someone who is not registered as a broker, is the fact pattern for unregistered broker activity under Exchange Act §15(a) and FINRA Rule 2040. An SEC-registered adviser also cannot share advisory fees with unregistered parties, and paid promotion falls under SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 and state solicitor rules. Subscription revenue share and seat licences avoid all of that, so those are the only two models we offer.
What is the difference between co-brand, white-label and API?
Co-brand puts your logo next to ours with a dedicated signup link and landing page. White-label puts your brand on the whole web and mobile experience. API/SDK/MCP lets your team build the experience in your own product. Custody, disclosures and account opening are identical in all three.
Do you publish partner names or logos?
Never without written permission, and never in a way that implies an endorsement of Gigaverse by the partner. We also do not publish partner counts.
How long does it take to launch?
Co-brand launches are measured in weeks, not quarters. White-label and API integrations depend on your team's bandwidth; we provide the spec, sandbox and a named engineer.

Get early accessPartner compensation, where any is paid, is a revenue share on paid subscriptions to the Gigaverse app or a flat per-seat software licence fee. It is not compensation for referrals to, or investment in, any securities product, and nothing is paid on deposits, accounts opened, enrollees, account balances or assets. Gigaverse AI, Inc. is pursuing SEC registration as an investment adviser and is not yet a registered investment adviser.
